Colour essentially reveals our emotional and psychological state, for ex choosing red will show a time for action as well as some sort of anger and frustration, whereas Blue will show a strong need for peace which can be achieved in speaking up. (See the book “Colour Therapy” published in Australia By Pascale Osanz and Julie Gunstone for more information).

The Consultation:
Spirale essentially combines Colour and Tarot as each coloured wand is in harmony with a specific Tarot card. The client creates his/her favorite selection of 12 colours and with the help of a Spirale therapist, discovers his/her personal journey. This consultation can be connected to the Tree of Life as this knowledge of the Kabbala is so much in harmony with the Tarot. The consultation works on 3 levels, the subconscious, the conscious and on the Higher Self level.
In creating our favorite selection of colours, we actually allow our subconscious to show us the most important aspects of the self. We can therefore dare to face who we really are without finding “good excuses” in order not to move on. We discover who we are on the psychological and emotional levels and therefore move on the physical level.
Spirale also associates Numerology to its coloured system, as well as crystals, essential oils and Moon, Sun and Stars essences.
The consultation is essentially a healing session. The visual impact of the coloured wands works on an emotional and spiritual level.

“Spirale” is a colour therapy system created in 2001, which gives back to the individual its sense of self-responsibility, self-value and positive power.

What is Colour Therapy?
Colour therapy is one of the most ancient therapies.
No matter how we use colour in our lives to express ourselves, be it through clothing, furnishings, flowers, crystals, or oils, the colours we choose will have positive and negative qualities. Understanding the power behind colour simply allows us to make better choices, to add the quality of colour to our daily life that will help us achieve what we want to project. Colour also has an important part in food.
