Meditation

Here is a simple meditation to start with: Sit comfortable and relax, back as straight as possible, eyes closed. Breathe deeply in and out. feel your whole body relaxing and becoming heavy: the legs, the stomach area, chest area, arms, neck, muscles of the face, eyelids. Visualize a beautiful white light coming down from above and entering the top of your head, spreading through the whole body. See the change happening within. take your time. gently going down from the head, to the neck, chest, stomach area, lower part of the body, legs.  When the whole body is “enlightened” see the light disappearing and find your old self again. Open your eyes. how do you feel?
