Don't write a full stop after your entries (after the name, or phone or email or anything)

Name: the name is used in the consultant list (page "people") and in the consultant section page.
You can write the full name or only the first name. However, for your info, you can write the full name
after the & at the end of the line for the name, but the program will not show what you write after this &.
If you need to write more than the name (a business name for instance) for the people page, write
the complement in the "address" line, not at "name" because the name part is also used for greetings
in the "consultant section" page.
Address: can can only write the town or more if it's required for the people page.
State: this info is used to sort the consultants in the "people" page.
Write Victoria or Vic, or Queensland or QLD, or New South Wales or NSW, or SA, etc...
Phone: write Tel: (03) 9XXX XXXX or Tel/Fax: (03) 9XXX XXXX or else, with Tel: or Tel/Fax or Mob:
Email: just write the email address after the =   No space before or after, just the email adress (and &)

Note about the order of the consultants in the list, page "people":
Pascale Osanz will always come first and then, the other consultants are sorted alphabetically by state.
If you don't want the consultant to be sorted, whrite no after the question: alphaorder= (instead of yes)
Then, the program will use the order of this list (from consultant1 to the last consultant number) 

The password below can be anything but only up to 12 characters
to fit in the text bow where the consultants type the password.
However, it's better to have a consistency to remember the code.
Here, we use "spirale" lower case, then a 3 digit number, starting with 001 for Pascale Osanz.
Every consultant needs a different password to be recognised by the program
and then get a specific information relevant to him or her.
The 5 lines of consultant info have to start at consultant1 and then consultant2 and so on.
You have the password, the consultant name, the date of the text update for this consultant, the text itself,
and finally "yes" or "no" to say if you want to add a text common for all of the consultants
after the text for this consultant. Just write yes or no here, nothing else.
Then, at the botom of this page, write this common text that concerns all or most of the consultants
and the date of its update.
Note: when you update a text, you can add, remove or replace a part or all of the text.
You recommend you to keep a backup of your texts somewhere else in a Word document.
