Spiritual Guide Drawing Workshop
Learn how to draw a face using pastels without prior knowledge of drawing and/or even with the idea that we can’t draw. The portrait can be of a spiritual guide, angel, or loved one in spirit who wants to be remembered to the person. It can indicate a previous life, which has been blocking the person. In drawing it, it is actually released from the subconscious of that person. It can show aspects of the self we deny having which are released on the paper and therefore free the person, allowing him/her to bring in more positive aspects of Self.
Meditation Classes
Meditation is a vital part of life. It reduces stress, eases tension and gives a sense of well-being. Meditation is not a hard work, it is about allowing the Self to be, to find the space to listen to the inner voice. Just stop for 10 or 15 min a day and breathe.
